Viralterkini.id, JAKARTA – Febrie Adriansyah has officially resigned from his position as Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes or Jampidsus at the Attorney General’s Office. The resignation letter was received by Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin on Saturday, July 11 2026.

The Attorney General’s Office stated that the decision was a form of commitment to maintain the integrity, objectivity and neutrality of law enforcement in the midst of the legal process being carried out by investigators from the Indonesian National Police.
Head of the Attorney General’s Legal Information Center, Anang Supriatna, said that his party respects Febrie Adriansyah’s decision to relinquish his position as Jampidsus.
“The Attorney General has accepted the resignation of Mr. Febrie Adriansyah from his position as Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes,” said Anang in his statement, Saturday.

Attorney General Ensures Case Handling Continues
Anang ensured that Febrie Adriansyah’s resignation would not interfere with the duties and handling of cases within the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes.
It is ensured that all organizational functions and case handling will continue to run normally in accordance with the mechanisms in force at the Attorney General’s Office.
The Attorney General’s Office also invites all parties to respect the ongoing legal process. The public is asked not to draw conclusions before the inquiry and investigation process is complete.
“The Attorney General’s Office invites all parties to respect the ongoing legal process and continue to uphold the principle of presumption of innocence,” said Anang.
Febrie’s resignation took place after his name was in the spotlight in connection with a search of a house in the Sentul area, Bogor Regency, West Java.
Febrie admits that the house in Sentul is a private residence
Before resigning, Febrie Adriansyah provided an explanation regarding the search carried out by the joint team of the National Police’s Corruption Eradication Corps and the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya.
In a press conference at the Jampidsus Building of the Attorney General’s Office, Jakarta, Friday, July 10 2026, Febrie confirmed that the house searched in Sentul was his private residence.
“Regarding the Sentul house, it is indeed Jampidsus’ private house which has been around for a long time. You can see how the ownership process went from the start,” said Febrie.
The search was carried out as part of an investigation into a number of alleged corruption and money laundering crimes which are being handled by the police.
Investigators Confiscate Gold and Money from Sentul House
During a search of the house, investigators found a safe containing seven suitcases. The items confiscated included 74 kilograms of gold bullion, IDR 100 million in cash, 4,767,300 United States dollars and 14,083,800 Singapore dollars.
The total value of the goods secured is estimated at around IDR 476 billion. Investigators also confiscated a number of documents, cell phones and other items for examination purposes.
Confiscation of goods from a location does not necessarily prove who the owner is or whether a crime has occurred. Ownership, origin and connection of these items still have to be proven through legal processes.
Febrie said the money and gold found by investigators had owners and was related to certain activities. However, he did not reveal the identity of the party said to be the owner of the goods.
According to Febrie, a detailed explanation will be provided through an official examination according to legal procedures, not through a press conference.
“We believe that everyone can be properly accounted for, but of course not through a forum like this,” he said.
Police have not named a suspect yet
Polda Metro Jaya stated that they had not named any suspects in the investigation into alleged corruption, bribery, gratification and money laundering crimes which were handled together with Kortastipidkor Polri.
Therefore, the status and involvement of each party must still await the results of the examination and the evidence collected by investigators.
The Attorney General’s Office emphasized that Febrie Adriansyah’s resignation was carried out to maintain the objectivity and neutrality of the law enforcement process. This institution also ensures that the handling of various special criminal cases continues even though there is a change in leadership.
Until this news was published, the Attorney General’s Office had not yet announced the official who would replace Febrie Adriansyah as Jampidsus. (ma)
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
