Viralterkini.id, TULANG BAWANG – Aero Astra Akademia has officially become a Hospitality Competency Test or TUK Place in Tulang Bawang Regency. Since December 2025, Aero Astra Akademia has been the only TUK in the hospitality sector in the area.

This trust is in line with the appointment of Aero Astra Akademia as the organizer of the Work Skills Education Program or PKK from the Ministry of Education. Through this program, Aero Astra Akademia trained 20 students from underprivileged families who have high enthusiasm to improve work competence, especially in the field of housekeeping or housekeeping.
The PKK program is a vocational training that aims to equip participants with specific skills so that they are more easily absorbed into the industrial world. This program targets participants aged 17 to 25 years who are not currently in formal school, have not worked, or are looking for work.
This training is provided free of charge through the Course and Training Institute or LKP. Participants receive learning facilities, modules and practical equipment free of charge. At Aero Astra Akademia, the training area focused on is hospitality, especially housekeeping which currently has quite promising workforce needs in the hotel industry.


PKK Aero Astra Akademia Program students come from various regions in Lampung, such as Tulang Bawang, Mesuji, Tulang Bawang Barat, Way Kanan, North Lampung, Metro, and South Lampung Regencies. They participated in this program enthusiastically as preparation for entering the world of work.


As a TUK, Aero Astra Akademia is considered to have qualified facilities. Competency Testing Places are locations, workplaces, or simulation areas that meet the requirements for conducting competency assessments and testing. TUK functions as an official place for Competency Certification Institutions and Professional Certification Institutions to ensure a person’s skills comply with the standards of the National Professional Certification Agency or BNSP.
Aero Astra Akademia’s advantage lies in its real teaching factory facilities. Not only does it have a practical laboratory, Aero Astra Akademia also has an Aero Hotel as a direct training place for students. Thus, participants can learn in a real hospitality work environment.
Apart from Aero Hotel, Aero Astra Akademia also has Aero Cafe or Ngombe as a teaching factory cafe, as well as Aero Coffee products with quality Arabica and Robusta Lampung coffee. The presence of these facilities is a form of the institution’s commitment to educating participants so that they have competencies according to industry standards.


After completing 150 hours of training and completing competency certification, PKK Program students will have the opportunity to intern for six months at 4 and 5 star international hotels that have collaborated with Aero Astra Akademia.
A number of hotel chains that have collaborative relationships include Swiss-Belhotel Group, Accor Group, Archipelago Group, Sheraton, Horison, Kagum Group Hotel, and various other hotel chains.
Aero Astra Akademia, through Aero Hotel, is also a member of PHRI or the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association. Apart from that, GM Aero Hotel, Denny Primawan Lo., SE., MM., CPA, CHM, C.Me., is also active in IHGMA or the Indonesian Hotel General Manager Association, Kul-In or the Indonesian Culinary Alliance as an advisor, and has experience as a Hotel Auditor for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and a CHSE Auditor.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
