Viralterkini.id, WEDA – The Central Halmahera Regency Government has officially strengthened strategic synergy with the private sector to accelerate regional infrastructure development. This concrete step was marked by the inauguration of the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Association of Indonesian National Construction Companies (Gapeksindo) for Central Halmahera Regency which took place solemnly in the Salahuddin Hall of the Halteng Regent’s Office on Wednesday (8/7).

Regent of Central Halmahera, Dr. Ir. Ikram M. Sangadji, M.Sc. (IMS), directly led the inauguration and inauguration procession. In this important agenda, the Regent was accompanied by the Halteng Regional Secretary (Sekda), Bahri Sudirman, SH, MH, as well as a number of leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Central Halmahera Regency Government.
This inauguration carries a big theme “Optimizing the Role of Construction Services Associations as Development Partners”.

As one of the largest organizations and platforms for construction service entrepreneurs in Indonesia which has been officially recognized by the government since its founding in 2002, Gapeksindo Halteng is committed to bringing together business actors from small, medium to large scale in a professional manner.

The day before the inauguration, to be precise on Tuesday (7/7), this organization had successfully completed the Regional Conference agenda to draw up the outline of the new management.

Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Riswan Naim, in his official report expressed his deep appreciation for the full attention of the executive.
“We would like to express our gratitude for the full support from the regional government which welcomed, facilitated, and made the agenda for the inauguration and inauguration of this new management a success,” said Riswan.
In this inauguration, the captain of the DPD Gapeksindo Halteng was officially entrusted to Sunarwan Mohtar as Chairman, accompanied by Saiful Yamin who was entrusted with the position of Secretary, and Samsul Akebai as Treasurer.

This new management emphasized that the readiness of its staff is a fixed price to oversee the wheels of development in North Maluku, especially Central Halmahera.
This inauguration agenda was also supervised directly by the provincial level management led by Saldi Kharie as Chair of the DPD Gapeksindo, North Maluku Province.

“Gapeksindo, which brings together business actors in the construction services sector, is ready to collaborate professionally for the success of the development of Halmahera. All core management, including the chairman, secretary and treasurer, are ready to move in unison to ensure that every standardization and integrity of work runs optimally,” said Sunarwan Mohtar.
Structure of the Special Advisory Board
In order to ensure that the wheels of the organization run in tandem with the regional tactical vision, the advisory structure of Gapeksindo Halteng is now strengthened directly by the district’s top executive ranks.
In this new management, the Regent of IMS sits as Chair of the Advisory Council, accompanied by the Deputy Regent as Deputy Chair of the Advisory Council, and the Regional Secretary (Sekda) acts as a member.

The involvement of regional leaders in this advisory council aims to cut bureaucratic coordination channels and resolve technical and social obstacles in the field quickly.
The presence of a professional and structured forum is considered to be very helpful for the Regent, Deputy Regent and Regional Secretary in mitigating the risks of development projects around construction areas.

The Regent of IMS explained that local governments need construction service partners who are responsive and have high accountability. This synergy makes it easier to integrate regional work programs with the execution of contractors in the field.
“Regional governments need speed and accuracy. Through this forum, coordination on the construction services side will be much easier. Field problems that often clog the progress of development must be resolved together in a professional and solution-oriented manner,” stressed Regent Ikram M. Sangadji at the end of his briefing. PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
