Viralterkini.idJakarta — The DKI Jakarta Department of Human Settlements, Spatial Planning and Land (Citata) revealed surprising facts regarding the proliferation of padel fields in the capital city. Of the hundreds of sports facilities, only two fields have received a Certificate of Functionality (SLF).
Head of the DKI Jakarta Citata Service, Vera Revina Sari, stated that the majority of padel fields currently operating do not meet these administrative requirements.
“Maybe almost all of them, there are only two who have SLF, as far as I know until yesterday in Central Jakarta. None of the others have SLF,” said Vera during the sealing of padel fields in the Jagakarsa area, Monday (16/3/2026).
444 Fields Don’t Have SLF Yet
Based on government data, the number of padel fields in Jakarta reaches hundreds of units. However, as many as 444 of them do not have SLF, which is a mandatory requirement to ensure the building’s functional suitability.

“There are several who may be applying,” added Vera.
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government also emphasized that all padel fields without SLF are not allowed to operate. Owners are asked to immediately complete permits to avoid sanctions.
Must Manage PBG Before SLF
Before obtaining SLF, building owners are required to take care of Building Construction Approval (PBG) as an initial stage of building legality.
According to Vera, the PBG processing process normally takes around 28 days. However, in practice, this duration is often longer due to additional stages.
“Actually, for PBG alone, the normal time is 28 days. But in its implementation there are several stages that could cause a slowdown,” he explained.
He gave an example, the process could be delayed if there is a hearing to discuss the building design and document revisions that have not been fulfilled by the applicant.
Hundreds of Fields in South Jakarta, Many Not Yet Licensed
Meanwhile, the South Jakarta Administrative City Government noted that there are 209 padel fields in its area. Of this number, 105 units have permits, while 104 others do not have permits.
Not only that, the regional government has also taken action against 120 padel fields that violate the rules.
This firm step was taken as an effort to control and ensure that all sports facilities in Jakarta meet applicable safety standards and regulations. (ma)
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
