The Golden Age of the SMA 34 Alumni Association, Class of 1985, Takes Advantage of the Workshop

Viralterkini.id, Depok – ILUNI 34’85 held a Roots workshop with the theme “Making the Golden Phase Shine and Energetic which invited speakers from risk management experts, Hypnotherapy practitioners, security and safety, namely Mr. Baruno Subroto, MS., MA., CI., CCPS., CATS which was held at Padang Golf Pangkalan Jati, Depok on Wednesday (22/10).

ILUNI 34’85 is the Alumni Association of SMA 34 Class of 1985, while the word AKAR means Arena of Work and Empowerment which was initiated by ILUNI 34’85.

The agenda for this workshop was opened starting from a joint prayer by Mr Acep Rahman – Head of Social & Spiritual Affairs, a report from the Head of Entrepreneurship Organization Development by Mr Kartiko Yuwono and a speech from the General Chair of ILUNI 34’85 by Mr Irza Ifdial.

Attended by 48 alumni, they participated in the agenda from morning to evening.
The chairman of ILUNI 34’85, chaired by Mr. Irza Ifdial, plans this self-development workshop activity to become an annual work program with different themes and this golden age means that all alumni can stay in touch with each other and get useful things in their retirement days.

“This agenda is indeed aimed at trying to fill the golden age, where most of our members have retired from activities both formal and non-formal, previously we have provided many benefits in the scope of work. I see that now we are in the golden age because we have completed our service in society in general,” said Irza Ifdial, who is also currently still working in the field of property development.

This agenda is a work program from ILUNI 34’85 which we will utilize in the golden age.

“This activity is part of the work program during my management period and this agenda is the first work program in the field of organizational development. We plan to hold it regularly with different themes but with the same vision and mission, namely how we can fill our golden years,” he said.

The speaker, a risk management expert, hypnotherapy practitioner, security and safety expert, was very communicative in providing material for alumni.

“The aim of this workshop is to raise enthusiasm for participants who are or are entering old age to become productive and energetic. Here we must understand that there is no limit to us becoming or entering the golden age, that is, the limit is intention. And if we have the intention, we will give maximum results and of course all of this is through a process. Meanwhile, this process makes us into strong people who will excel and become whole, becoming our full selves.
