The FA K-10 Football School (SSB) from East Jakarta won the 10-year age category (KU-10) after defeating SSB Djanur Kartabraja from Cimahi with a thin score of 2-1 in the final party that took place at the Stadium Untung Suropati, Battalion 14 Group 1 Kopassus, Kemang, Bogor, West Java, Sunday (11/5/2025).

The final match that took place presents a game full of enthusiasm from both teams.

Satria (back number 23) and Vino (number 2) became the hero of the SSB FA battalion victory with each of the goals.

While the goal back from Djanur Kartabraja was scored by Azka (number 28), who had reduced his team’s backwardness.

This victory became a historical achievement for SSB Battalion FA, who for the first time won the national title in the KU-10 category.

This tournament is a prestigious stage among early age soccer coaching, as well as a barometer of SSB strength throughout Indonesia.

The Chairperson of the VI KONI Cup Organizing Committee, Taufik Panji Alam, expressed his appreciation for the extraordinary achievements of the East Jakarta FA Battalion.

He stressed that this tournament has presented healthy competition while showing the quality of coaching that is equitable in various regions.

“Congratulations to SSB Battalion FA who appeared as a new champion in KU-10. This proves that regeneration is going well. Until now, no team has been able to defend the title up to the final in a row. That is, competition is very competitive,” he said.

Meanwhile, the SSB Battalion FA coach, Khairil Jamal, expressed his pride in the struggle of his foster children who performed extraordinary throughout the tournament.

“Our initial target is only the top four, but children show high enthusiasm and discipline until they finally become champions. They are able to carry out tactics well-rely on ball control, patience, and teamwork. I am very grateful to parents and management who continue to support,” Khairil said.

Before going to the final, the SSB Battalion FA first removed the SSB Tajimalela Bekasi with a score of 2-1 in the semifinals.

While Djanur Kartabraja Cimahi had to undergo a dramatic match against Sigma Soccer Bogor and finally won through a penalty shootout with a score of 3-2 after a draw in normal time.

In the race for third place, Sigma Soccer Bogor managed to subdue Tajimalela Bekasi with a thin score of 1-0.

The single goal of victory was scored by a talented young player named Al. With this result, Sigma Soccer ranks third and Tajimalela must be satisfied in fourth position.

The KONI rotating trophy tournament is not only a place for the title of title, but also an important means in fostering and searching for superior seeds of early football.

This event was attended by dozens of SSBs from various regions that show high enthusiasm.

Djanur Kartabraja coach, Irpan, continued to appreciate his team’s struggle despite failing to become champions.

He considered the achievement of achieving the final party was a valuable experience for the mental development and character of young players.

“In the preliminary round we were quite difficult, but children showed extraordinary enthusiasm. This final becomes a valuable lesson. I hope they continue to develop and be active in other national tournaments,” he said.
