Viralterkini.id, GIVING – The Central Halmahera Regency Government’s steps in providing a solar-based public street lighting (PJU) system on Gebe Island have received widespread appreciation from the local community. This infrastructure project, which will be completed in 2025, is considered a concrete manifestation of the regional government’s commitment to realizing equitable development and addressing the basic needs of residents in the archipelagic region.

The construction of this solar powered PJU covers a long span of up to 10 kilometers. The lighting network connects the government center in Kapaleo Village, crosses the main corridor to Senafi/Mamin Village, and ends in Senafkacepo Village.
Before this facility was installed, these road sections had minimal lighting, which often raised public concerns about safety factors when crossing at night.
Now, the presence of solar-powered street lights has significantly changed the face of accessibility on Gebe Island, creating a safer environment and supporting residents’ productivity at any time.

Apart from the main route, this lighting infrastructure is also installed at vital points, such as access to the ferry port which is the economic lifeblood of the community, access to the port in Senafi Mamin Village, as well as the route to the public cemetery complex in Senafkacepo Village.
Gebe Island Youth Leader, Samsul Akebai, expressed his gratitude for the policy which was considered very targeted. According to him, this program is not just physical development, but also an investment in the social peace of society.
“This program proves that development is not only physical, but also builds self-confidence and social calm. We hope that in the future the principle of equitable and sustainable development will continue to be adhered to, so that all regions in Central Halmahera can experience the same service standards,” said Samsul.
Expansion Hope
Even though the benefits have been felt, the community expressed aspirations so that the government can continue this development in a sustainable manner. Considering the spatial layout of Gebe Island, the public road network continues to reach Umera Village, which is the most extreme point in the sub-district area.

Residents hope that the expansion of PJU can reach Umera Village to ensure equal connectivity throughout the area. Apart from that, the community also hopes that lighting to the public cemetery complex can be added for approximately one more kilometer so that the service reach reaches the final location of the cemetery.
The use of solar power technology itself is appreciated because it is considered very relevant to the geographical characteristics of the island region. Apart from being environmentally friendly, this system is considered more efficient and sustainable from a long-term operational perspective than conventional systems.
The success of this project is a portrait of how a development vision based on the real needs of the community can have a direct impact on improving the quality of life of residents in Indonesia’s outermost and frontier regions. (Red)
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
