Viralterkini.id, HALTENG – The Central Halmahera Regency Government stepped on the gas to distribute social incentives to 7,987 residents from vulnerable groups in all corners of the region through a ‘pick up the ball’ action which officially started in South Weda District. The Deputy Regent of Halteng, Ahlan Djumadil, together with the Regional Secretary, Bahri Sudirman, directly led the agenda in Sumber Sari Village and Lembah Asri SP1 Village, Wednesday (11/03/2026), as the starting point for the distribution of aid for the period January to April 2026.
Based on official regional government data, this distribution covers 3,345 elderly people, 1,820 widows, 789 orphans, 848 breastfeeding mothers, 662 pregnant women and 523 people with disabilities.
All of these categories have gone through a strict verification process to ensure that aid rights are distributed evenly, transparently and on target throughout the Central Halmahera region.

Regarding the assistance scheme, people from the elderly, widow, orphan and disabled categories receive a total incentive of IDR 2,000,000 for a four-month period.

Meanwhile, for the category of pregnant and breastfeeding women, the government has set a total assistance of IDR 4,000,000 with a collaborative funding scheme that combines an allocation of IDR 500,000 from the region and IDR 500,000 from the village budget.
Head of South Weda Subdistrict, Nurlela Djamali, started the welcoming session by expressing deep appreciation to the ranks of the Halteng Regency Government for their attention.
He invited the entire community to continue to maintain togetherness, offer prayers for peace in the country, and fully support various regional development programs that are being implemented for mutual progress in the sub-district area.

Head of the PMD Department for Central Halbet, Mustami Jamal, also expressed his appreciation for the performance of the Head of South Weda Subdistrict in making this agenda a success.
“I ask mothers to continue to actively participate in the Free Health Checkup Program (PKG). This is a national strategic program that we must support together for a better quality of life for village communities,” he stressed.
Regional Secretary, Bahri Sudirman, emphasized the importance of cross-sector synergy in overseeing people’s programs.
“This Ramadan brings blessings through this assistance. I have instructed the sub-district heads and village heads to speed up verification for other residents, so that all aid is completely distributed before Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah,” explained Bahri.

Deputy Regent of Halteng, Ahlan Djumadil, in his closing remarks emphasized that this incentive is a community right that the government must guard.
“What we are distributing today is your right. We realize that there are still shortcomings in leading this area, but we continue to be committed to making improvements to provide the best for the community,” said Ahlan.

Apart from that, Ahlan also highlighted the importance of independent waste management as part of a clean environment campaign for residents.
“I invite us to campaign to manage waste. Don’t throw away plastic bottles for nothing, collect them because they have economic value if managed properly. I am also proud that Weda Selatan has succeeded in reaching the national rankings in the Free Health Check Program,” he added.

The activity ended with a symbolic handover procession of incentives to representatives of the residents of Lembah Asri SP1 Village and Sumber Sari Village.
The solemn atmosphere of the activity shows the enthusiasm of the community in welcoming government assistance, which is expected to be an economic stimulant for the beneficiary families in welcoming the upcoming Eid al-Fitr holiday. (Dano)

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
