Viralterkini.id, Jakarta — PSSI General Chair, Erick Thohir, emphasized that the 2026 PSSI Awards are not just an awards event, but rather a comprehensive form of appreciation for all elements that contribute to the development of Indonesian football.
Erick made this statement while attending the peak night of the 2026 PSSI Awards which was held at Studio 6 Emtek, Jakarta, Saturday (28/3/2026).
This event was a historic moment because it was the first time this award was held since PSSI was founded 95 years ago.
In his speech, Erick emphasized that the PSSI Awards stage was dedicated to all national football “heroes”, not only the players who appeared on the field, but also other parties who worked behind the scenes.

“This stage is to appreciate the heroes on the green field. Not just players, but also referees, provincial PSSI, sponsors, communities and many other parties who continue to work from grassroots level to football achievements,” said Erick.
According to Erick, the development of Indonesian football cannot be separated from the collective work of various parties. He said that a player’s success on the field is the result of the contribution of many elements that are often invisible.
He gave examples of the role of referees who ensure fair running of matches, provincial associations that develop football in the regions, and sponsors who provide consistent financial support.
Apart from that, supporters are also considered to have an important role in maintaining enthusiasm and confidence in the Indonesian national team.
“Football is never built alone. Behind a player’s performance, there are many figures who contribute. Therefore, the PSSI Awards comes with a warmer, closer and more grounded spirit,” he stressed.
This event was also attended by a number of important figures, including the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu’ti, CEO of Emtek Group Sutanto Hartono, and FIFA representative for the Asia-Oceania region Sanjeevan Balasingam.
Also present were coach John Herdman and PSSI Technical Director Alexander Zwiers, along with Indonesian national team players and main sponsor PSSI.
A total of 17 award categories were given in this event, covering various aspects ranging from individual achievements, football development, to community contributions. It is hoped that this award will be a motivation for all national football players to continue to improve their quality and achievements.

Apart from that, the Provincial Association of the Year award was won by Asprov PSSI East Java, while the Supporter of the Year category was given to the late Mas Katon as a form of respect for his dedication.
PSSI also gives special awards to parties who contribute outside the field, such as Tan Liong Houw through the Bakti Football Foundation, as well as a number of sponsors who are considered to consistently support the development of national football.
Erick emphasized that the PSSI Awards will become an annual agenda as a form of ongoing appreciation for all Indonesian football people. He hopes that this award can strengthen the national football ecosystem, from early childhood development to the professional level.
“The spirit is togetherness. We want everyone involved in Indonesian football to feel appreciated and continue to be motivated to take our football to a higher level,” concluded Erick.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
