PKS Encourages the Election Bill to be discussed this year – Indonesia’s latest viral

Viralterkini.id, Jakarta – PKS President, Muzzamil Yusuf revealed that his party encouraged the revision of the Election Law so that it could be immediately discussed by the DPR no later than this year.

In his statement, the figure who is familiarly called Muzzamil said that the Election Bill must be immediately discussed in order to improve the implementation of the elections going forward and reduce the interests of practical political in its organizer.

In addition, according to Muzzamil, the substantive points of the encouragement of the discussion of the Election Bill were carried out in the hope that the election organizers would have a long chance of time in order to hold elections and elections.

“Hopefully the PKS will immediately encourage, so that the discussion this year is completed. So that the following year we have focused,” Muzzamil said on Saturday (7/6/2025).

On the other hand, Muzzamil said that the support to complete the discussion of the Election Bill was also intended to reduce pragmatic interests ahead of the stages of the election that would begin in mid -2026.

He added this year is the right time to discuss or ratify the rules of the Election Bill in order to provide a breadth of time for organizers to finalize the preparation for the implementation of the upcoming elections and the elections.

“Because if the election law at the end, our debate is too pragmatic. If from the beginning we are still very far, and the preparation of the Bawaslu KPU will be better,” said Muzzamil. (BC)
