Viralterkini.idTangerang City – Indonesian Photo Reporters (PFI) Tangerang held an activity Hunting Together & Sharing Session which was attended by dozens of students and photography communities from Jakarta and Banten as an effort to increase journalistic photography literacy among the younger generation. The activity, which took place on 11–12 July 2026 at Kedai Vroom Tampang, Tangerang City, combined learning about digital camera technology with strengthening journalistic ethics and practices.

During the two days of implementation, participants received material regarding the development of Canon EOS R mirrorless camera technology delivered by PT Datascrip as Canon’s official distributor in Indonesia. Apart from that, participants also took part in a journalistic photography class presented by the Chief of the European Pressphoto Agency (EPA) for the Indonesian region, Irham.
Chairman of PFI Tangerang, Dery Ridwansah, said that this activity was part of the organization’s commitment to producing young people who not only master photography techniques, but also understand the values, ethics and responsibilities of the photojournalist profession.
According to Dery, journalistic photography has an important role in conveying information to the public, so a learning space is needed that brings together students and the photography community with experienced practitioners.

“We are trying to provide education regarding photojournalism by inviting professionals in the field. We hope that this activity can increase students’ awareness and capacity in understanding and producing quality photojournalistic work,” said Dery.
He added, PFI Tangerang consistently organizes various educational programs, ranging from PFI Goes to Campus, photography training, to photo exhibitions which aim to broaden horizons and strengthen networks for young photographers.
In the camera technology session, PT Datascrip representative, Adam, explained the development of the Canon EOS R mirrorless camera system and the importance of choosing a device that suits your shooting needs.
“Camera technology is currently developing very quickly. The most important thing is to understand shooting needs so you can choose the right camera and lens, both for photojournalism and other photography needs,” he said.
Meanwhile, Irham emphasized that journalistic photography is not only oriented towards visual quality, but also has the responsibility to convey information that is accurate, honest and newsworthy.
“Photography is not just about producing attractive images, but is a medium that conveys information accurately, honestly and has news value,” he said.

According to Irham, amidst the development of digital technology which allows almost everyone to produce technically quality photos, the advantage of a photojournalist lies in the ability to read events, conduct research, understand context, and build strong visual narratives through single or single photos. photo story.
He also reminded the importance of research before reporting so that photographers understand the issue, location and character of the object to be documented.
“Before doing photo hunting, a photographer must do research first. By understanding the issue, location, and character of the object to be photographed, the photographer will be better prepared to produce photos that are visually strong and have journalistic value,” said Irham.
In this session, participants were also invited to learn about the work process of a photojournalist through a number of journalistic works that Irham has produced, ranging from coverage of various events in Indonesia to international assignments. Through this discussion, participants gained an understanding of the process of finding moments, compiling visual narratives, and maintaining ethics in journalistic practice.
Entering the second day, all participants took part in field practice through a photo hunting session in the Old Market area, Tangerang City. With direct assistance from professional photojournalists, participants apply the material they have obtained in class, starting from field observations, choosing viewpoints, to composing visual stories.
PFI Tangerang hopes that this activity can become a sustainable learning space while strengthening collaboration between students, the photography community and media practitioners. Through this approach, it is hoped that young photographers will be born who not only have technical skills, but also uphold ethics, accuracy and journalistic responsibility in every work they produce. PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
