Papuan supporters support Sai Bogor at the Soccer Cup of the Chairperson of the KONI Pusat 2025 – Viralterkini

VIRALTERKINI.ID, BOGOR, – The totality of Papuan supporters enlivened the National Soccer Championship Cup Chairperson of the KONI Central 2025. Young players from Papua showed their football talent at the Early Age Football Championship event which was officially opened by KONI Pusat Marciano Norman.

Interesting views were seen at Untung Suropati Stadium, Battalion 14 Group 1 Kopassus, Kemang, Bogor, West Java, on Monday, (12/5/2025). When the competition entered the 12 -year -old age group (KU) match, hundreds of supporters from Papua who gave extraordinary support to his team Sai Bogor.

The extraordinary totality given by Papuan supporters made the Sai Bogor players appear with a high fighting spirit to score goals and defeat their opponents.

No wonder they are able to appear impressive by scoring beautiful goals. Sai Bogor’s first match faced CS Private Jakarta. Sai appeared extraordinary by slaughtering his opponent 6 goals without reply.

Every goal created is always welcomed with the cheers of 190 supporters from Papua who are coordinated by the Indonesian Children’s School of Alirena Foundation (SAI) Sentul, Bogor

According to the Chairman of the Alirena Sai Foundation, Yulia Allo Layuk, his party mobilized hundreds of Papuans in Bogor to provide direct support to their team.

The SAI Bogor team is a soccer team from children from Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua Province who received a school scholarship from the Intan Jaya Regency Government.

This young generation from Papua gets education from elementary school level (SD) – junior high school to high school in the auspices of the Indonesian Children’s School Foundation.

In addition, they are also honed in sports with the sport of soccer.

“The majority of our children are from the Intan Jaya Regency conflict area. They have been lacking for a year here, at the SCHOOL of the Intan Jaya Regency Government. They received school scholarships from elementary, junior high to high school,” said Chairman of the Indonesian Children’s Alirena Foundation Yuliana Allo Layuk.

In the second match Sai Bogor returned to attack and was productive when facing Wild Land. They are able to defeat their opponents with a 3 -0 victory.

This Papuan young talent also led the Group D KU-12th standings of the KONI Chairperson who had entered its sixth edition of 2025.

But in the third match Sai Bogor surrendered in the hands of G Soccer Semarang with a score of 1-2.

The KONI KONI Cup Cup this time was held in Bogor, West Java, precisely at Suropati Untung Stadium, Battalion 14 Group 1 Kopassus, Kemang, Bogor, West Java, and Elang Bondol Atang Sandjaja Stadium, Semplak Bogor 10 – 21 May 2025.

Previously the opening ceremony of the Ketum KONI Pusat 2025 Cup Championship was enlivened by the Marching Band of the ATANG SANJAYA Aviation Vocational School Bogor. Present at the opening ceremony were the Chairperson of the Central KONI Marciano Norman, Kopassus Territorial Assistant, Lt. Col. Inf Dhanang Agus Setiawan, Representative Danlanud ATS, Lt. Col. Tek Ida Bagus Putu Purwa D. M, Danyon 14 Group 1 Kopassus, Major Inf Gerry Heikal Cholid, SH, Chairman Picaulima.

The KONI Pusat 2025 Ketum Cup Championship was held for 12 days, starting from Saturday, May 10 to May 21, 2025. The total number of participants involved from 112 teams reached around 2,856 people, consisting of athletes, coaches, and officials, not including spectators and parents of athletes.

Chairman of the Organizing Committee Taufik Panji Allam appreciated the support of media colleagues and journalists who actively published the game from the preparation round to the knockout phase and the peak of the tournament.
