VIRALTERKINI.ID, JAKARTA – Inaspro 3 × 3 Jakarta 2025 event officially ended on Sunday night, July 27, 2025, with great success that was greeted enthusiastically by thousands of spectators.
In the event that lasted for four days, two teams came out as champions, namely Lugano (Switzerland) in the category of men in FIBA 3 × 3 Challenger Jakarta 2025, and the Japanese national team in the category of women in the FIBA 3 × 3 Women’s Series.
In the final party held at Plaza Parking Timur Gelora Bung Karno, Lugano performed dominantly by beat Hangzhou (China) and securing the title.
While in the women’s sector, Japan beat Australia and prove themselves as the main force in the 3 × 3 world women’s basketball.
This event not only presents world -class matches, but is also a proof of Indonesia’s readiness as the host of various international championships.
According to the committee’s observation, the entire series of events went smoothly without significant obstacles. In fact, the enthusiasm of the community was so high that the match ticket was sold out on the third day, which coincided with the opening of the FIBA 3 × 3 Challenger.
Inaspro Director, Ferry Kono, expressed his appreciation for the positive responses given by the community and participants during the tournament.
He stressed that the success of this year’s implementation became a strong foundation for the next edition which was scheduled until 2028.
“There were no obstacles for the four days of implementation. We got a positive response from all the participating teams. The peak occurred at the opening of the FIBA 3 × 3 Challenger Jakarta 2025, where the match ticket was sold out. Approximately 2,300 people bought tickets both online and offline,” Ferry Kono told the media crew.
Ferry added that the high interest of the audience and the smooth running of Crowd Management became an indicator of the success of the event.
“A total of more than two thousand people came to enjoy the match and returned home safely without a meaningful incident. This shows that the committee is able to manage world -class events,” he said.
As a form of commitment to the development of 3 × 3 basketball sports in the country, Inaspro has signed a collaboration with FIBA for a four -year period.
The Inaspro 3 × 3 tournament will continue to be held every year until 2028. After Jakarta, the implementation will move to Yogyakarta in 2026, proceed to Bali in 2027, and return to Jakarta in 2028.
One of the tournament stars, Malik Hluchoweckyj from the Lugano team, claimed to be impressed with the atmosphere of the match and the warm welcome of the Indonesian people.
“This is my first time to Indonesia. Everything is extraordinary, from fans to the implementation of the event. The facilities we received are also very good. I certainly want to return again next year,” said Malik.
Not only Malik, a number of players from various countries also expressed their positive impressions of the tournament.
