VIRALTERKINI.ID, TANGERANG – After lasting for three months in various regions of Indonesia, namely Jakarta, West Java, East Java and Central Java, now the LaLiga Youth Tournament Indonesia 2025 has completed the final round at the Kera Sakti Field, South Tangerang on Saturday (09/13/2025).
In contrast to the previous tournament that used format 7 vs 7 and 9 vs 9 in the U-12 and U-14 categories, currently U-12 to U-16 uses the 11 vs. 11 format. With this format change, the number of players in each city becomes more than before.
A total of 14 championship teams in each regional from two categories, namely U-14 and U-16, returned to competing in the Grand Final to compete for the first title Laliga Youth Tournament 2025.
The Grand Final is also increasingly lively with the participation of the Indonesian League 1 Professional Club Academy, the Persib Bandung Academy in the U-16 category which succeeded in qualifying for the 2nd place in the West Java Regional. Not only that, the Djanur Football Academy soccer school which was trained directly by Indonesian legend player, Djajang Nurdjaman was ready to graze to show their best performance on the final stage of the U-14 category.

Andhika also mentioned that the best player Laliga Youth Tournament last year, Farrel Luckyta was dispatched to Girona FC to be able to feel Football Experience. “This year, Farrel also successfully received a call to the Indonesian U-16 national team, a clear proof of the contribution of this tournament in giving birth to quality young talents,” he continued.

With the success of the Indonesian Grand Final 2025 and appreciation in the global arena, Laliga reiterated his position as an international leader in fostering young football while strengthening his commitment to the growth of sustainable sports.
Also present was Zainudin Amali, Deputy Chairperson of PSSI, who specifically came to submit the championship trophy to the winning team as well as being an inspiration for young players to increasingly try to achieve the highest achievement in the world of football.
PSSI welcomed the presence of LaLiga Youth Tournament in Indonesia which made an important contribution to the fostering of young grass roots. Through this tournament, Indonesia’s young potential and talent will emerge.
“The presence of LaLiga of course we welcome positive. In the future it is expected to grow and open more opportunities for young players at the grassroots level, which will certainly be welcomed in Indonesia,” said Zainudin.
A total of 10 winners have been announced, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for each age category, Best Coach awards, and The most valuable player (MVP) per age category.
As an appreciation, the MVP of this tournament will get a special opportunity to go to Spain to feel Football Experience and is expected to be an inspiration for other young players in Indonesia to continue to excel and dream of penetrating the world soccer stage. (ma)
