Knitting Unity Overseas, IPM-T Jabodetabek Officially Declared

Viralterkini.idJakarta — The Jabodetabek Tepeleo Student Association (IPM-T) was officially declared and established on Saturday (24/1/2026) at Banteng Square, Central Jakarta. This declaration is a historic moment as well as an initial milestone in the consolidation of Tepeleo pupils and students in the Jabodetabek area into one official, focused and sustainable organizational platform.

Chairman of the Declaration Committee, Hasbun Abdulbar, in his report said that the entire series of declaration activities could be carried out well and smoothly thanks to the solid cooperation of the entire committee, the support of the elders, as well as the active role of the founders and members who were present.

He emphasized that this declaration was not just a ceremonial agenda, but rather the first step in building a strong, competitive organization oriented towards intellectual development, strengthening solidarity and social service.

Meanwhile, Tepeleo elder, Abang Mursalin Ishak, emphasized that the establishment of IPM-T Jabodetabek is a historical mandate that must be maintained and carried out with full responsibility.

He hopes that IPM-T Jabodetabek can become a healthy and sustainable cadre formation space, and be able to give birth to a generation of Tepeleo students who have character, ethics and adhere to the Tri Dharma values ​​of Higher Education.

The founding representative of IPM-T Jabodetabek, Dandi Mutalib, explained that this organization was formed as a forum to unite overseas Tepeleo students and students. IPM-T Jabodetabek is based on the spirit of the Five Soa in one Pnu Epele traditional unity, and is directed at being a means of intellectual, social and cultural struggle which is expected to make a real contribution to regional development.

At the peak of the event, the official ratification and statement of the establishment of IPM-T Jabodetabek was carried out as well as the appointment of the core management. Rara Hairun was appointed as General Chair, Ahmad Firgian Walid as General Secretary, and Nurul Firsha Mahbub as General Treasurer. This appointment marks the start of the IPM-T Jabodetabek organization in a legal, constitutional and responsible manner.

In her remarks as elected General Chair, Rara Hairun expressed her commitment to making IPM-T Jabodetabek an organization that is inclusive, progressive and responsive to the needs of Tepeleo students and overseas students. The focus of future management, according to him, will be directed at strengthening cadre formation, increasing intellectual capacity, as well as developing student and community programs that have real impacts.

“IPM-T Jabodetabek must be a common home for all Tepeleo students and pupils, a place to grow, learn and contribute to the region and the nation,” said Rara.

With this declaration, IPM-T Jabodetabek is expected to be able to fight for the interests of Tepeleo pupils and students in the Jabodetabek area, as well as act as a strategic partner in developing human resources with integrity and competitiveness. (ma)
