The highest award was received directly by IWIP General Manager Human Resources, Roslina Sangaji, accompanied by IWIP Communications Manager, Fadlan Muzakki, at the Indonesian Cyber Media Network (JMSI) ceremony.
This momentum confirms IWIP’s strategic position as a corporation that prioritizes development human capital as a driving force for macroeconomic stability in Eastern Indonesia.

Based on IWIP HRD internal audit data as of January 2026, the company’s structured training program has reached 65,254 participants through an inclusive vocational education curriculum.
The majority of participants are sons and daughters of the North Maluku region, reflecting the company’s dedication to the principles of equal access and community economic empowerment in all strategic operational areas.
The implemented training curriculum includes high-level technical competencies, strict standards for Occupational Safety and Health (K3), as well as mastery of precise operational skills.
This approach delivered success workforce ready to work which is able to adapt instantly to the dynamic needs of the global nickel industry and the entire ecosystem of related partners in the industrial area.
Transparent implementation of HR strategies ensures that every graduate has the competitive edge to be absorbed in various industrial sectors and other supporting sectors on an ongoing basis.

IWIP’s General Manager of Human Resources, Roslina Sangaji, stated that this achievement was validation of the company’s long-term investment in human potential as the most valuable corporate asset.
