Viralterkini.idMEDAN – A number of former employees of the HP Spare Part Specialist Hari Shop located on Jalan Pasar 3 Krakatau, Medan City, revealed allegations of labor violations committed by the management. The business, which is known to have five branches, is suspected of implementing work rules that are detrimental to workers and are not in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The main complaint made by former workers was the withholding of their original diplomas by the company. Based on information from former employees, these personal documents were requested when they first started work and have not been returned even though they have resigned.
As a result, a number of former workers admitted that they had difficulty finding new jobs because their diplomas as an administrative requirement were still in the hands of the shop.
“We’ve resigned, but our diplomas are still being held. It’s becoming difficult for us to apply for work elsewhere,” said one former employee.

Not only was there a problem with documents, former workers also complained about the wage system which was considered inadequate. They admitted that they received salaries below the North Sumatra Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Medan City Minimum Wage (UMK).
In fact, some of them said that salaries were not paid even though the work had been completed according to the responsibilities given by the company.
In addition, the working situation at the shop was said to be stressful. The workload is considered not commensurate with the positions held by the employees. Management is also said to be implementing a fine system for workers who are deemed to have made mistakes.
The nominal fines imposed vary, from IDR 50 thousand to hundreds of thousands of rupiah. The deductions are reportedly taken directly from the workers’ monthly salaries.
“Even small mistakes can result in fines. They are immediately deducted from your salary,” said another former worker.
Another problem highlighted is the absence of a written contract or employment agreement between employees and business owners. In fact, the employment agreement is the legal basis that regulates the rights and obligations of both parties in the employment relationship.
The absence of a work contract is considered to make the position of workers weak because they do not have certainty regarding their wages, working hours or written company regulations.
Seeing these conditions, the former employees hope that the Medan City Employment Service will immediately carry out an inspection of the work system and employment practices at the shop. They also asked the Licensing Service to review the legality of the business which has now grown to have five branches.
Apart from that, the reporters hope that law enforcement officials can help resolve this problem so that workers’ rights can be restored and alleged violations of the law are prosecuted according to applicable regulations.
Until this news was published, the management of the HP Spare Part Specialist Day Shop had not provided an official response regarding the allegations of labor violations. (bn)

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
