Ary Ginanjar University (UAG University) together with ESQ Business School held the 9th graduation for the 2024/2025 academic year undergraduate program as well as the 13th welcoming reception for new students of academic year 2025/2026.
This event carries the theme “Grow to Lead, Lead With Purpose”, becomes a momentum for the transition of two generations: graduates who are ready to serve, and new students who start treading the academic journey. This event was broadcast live through the official YouTube and Instagram channels.
This special moment was attended by national figures. The Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Development, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), appeared to provide scientific speeches that emphasize the importance of strengthening human resources based on the balance of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. “We must combine IQ, EQ, and SQ to give birth to plenary people. Thank you to Ary Ginanjar University who consistently carry this approach,” AHY said.
Also present was the Minister of Cooperative Ferry Juliantono, who highlighted the role of the campus in producing adaptive graduates in the midst of economic dynamics. He alluded to collaboration based on artificial intelligence carried out with UAG to modernize village cooperatives. “The output of UAG graduates is expected not only to work, but also able to create jobs,” he said.
Meanwhile, Prof. Mohammad Nuh reminded the need for additional digital intelligence or digital quotient (DQ) in the current era. According to him, digital mastery will complement the three main intelligences that have become the hallmark of this campus. “If combined, the University of Ary Ginanjar will skyrocket,” said the former Minister of National Education.
Founder and Rector of Honorary, Dr. (HC) Ary Ginanjar Agustian, in his remarks emphasized the philosophy of education at UAG University. He called this campus the University of Life, which instilling the foundation of character through a combination of belief, values, and competency. “80 to 90 percent of success is determined not by IQ alone, but EQ and SQ. Therefore we equip students with honest, visionary, disciplined, fair, and caring characters,” he said.
In the Open Senate Session, the Rector of UAG and ESQ Business School, Dyah Utami Aryanti, reported as many as 76 students officially graduated this year, with the distribution of management study programs, information systems, computer science, to the executive program of the family business. The best graduate with a GPA of 3.92 was won by Arsa Samrotul Fuadah from the Management Study Program. In addition, special awards are given to graduates who show exemplary based on the 180 ° Assessment (C-180) which assesses integrity, creativity, loyalty, humility, professionalism, and passion.
UAG University also welcomed 107 new students from seven study programs. They will take education enriched with the typical curriculum of The UAG Way and the Holistic Skid learning approach (spiritual, creativity, intellectual, impact). Students also get direct access to the ESQ business ecosystem, international professional certification, and value -based self -development training.
The graduation and welcoming reception event was also colored by a joint prayer led by the Chairman of the MUI Dr. KH. Muhammad Cholil Nafis, and was attended by the ranks of figures from academics, government, and the ESQ Advisory Board. Their presence confirms the position of the University of Ary Ginanjar and ESQ Business School as a campus that prioritizes character education towards Indonesia Emas 2045. (DP)
