Viralterkini.id, HALTENG – The commemoration of the 67th National Education Day (Hardiknas) in 2026 in Central Halmahera Regency is a new historical milestone for the transformation of Human Resources (HR) in North Maluku.
In the Interactive Dialogue forum which took place solemnly in North Weda District, Saturday (2/5/2026), the Deputy Regent of Central Halmahera, Ahlan Djumadil, S.IPgave a speech and discussed a strategic paper entitled “Collaboration between Regional Government and Corporations to Realize Teacher Education and Welfare in the Mining Area”.
Ahlan Djumadil brings a line of political struggle that is in line with the national vision in building national independence as Chairman of the Central Halmahera Gerindra DPD—the party created by President Prabowo Subianto.

Armed with a track record as a former legislator for three terms, Ahlan shows leadership maturity in formulating education policies that are pro-people through strengthening regulations and budgeting courage.
Leadership Synergy Spurring Transformation
In moving the wheels of change, Ahlan Djumadil worked collaboratively with the Regent Ikram M. Sangadjiregional Secretary Bahri Sudirmanas well as the ranks of the Halteng Education Department. This triune leadership synergy actively spurs the acceleration of the quality of educational services to answer the challenges of increasingly complex times in industrial areas.
“The commemoration of National Education Day is not just an annual ceremony, but rather a reflective momentum to overhaul our educational paradigm. Quality transformation is a fixed price,” stressed Ahlan.
He explained the National Education Day theme “The Spirit of Transformation to Realize Quality Education for All” as a moral call for all stakeholders.
According to him, transformation is not just about digitalizing facilities, but rather an effort to ensure that every child in remote areas of Central Halmahera has equal access to knowledge.
Fighting the ‘Resource Curse’ with Collaborative Governance
As Deputy Regent in an area which is the center of gravity of the national mining industry, Ahlan pays special attention to the risk of the phenomenon resource curse or the resource curse.
He warned that abundant natural wealth could actually trigger social inequality and low quality of human development if its management was not effective.
To mitigate these risks, Ahlan encourages implementation collaborative governance (collaborative governance) as the main approach. This strategy involves direct and transparent interaction between government, corporations and society in decision making.
“Industrial activities must make a real contribution to social development. We must create shared value where the company’s progress goes hand in hand with improving the quality of local community education,” he added.
Four Policy Pillars: Teacher Welfare and Gasing Innovation
In his presentation, Ahlan formulated four strategic policies that are being pushed by the Central Halmahera Regency Government to create prosperity in the mining area:
- Unblocked Access Guarantee: The government guarantees total free education as well as the distribution of massive scholarships for high-achieving and underprivileged students. This step ensures that economic factors are no longer an obstacle for Halteng children to achieve their dreams.
- Investment in Educators: Recognizing that teachers are the spearhead, the government prioritizes improving quality through recruiting contract teachers and master’s scholarships for local teachers. Ahlan specifically urged corporations to provide incentive support for honorary teachers in mining areas to maintain the stability and dignity of the teaching staff.
- CSR and PPM synchronization: The Halteng Regency Government requires all programs Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mining companies are in line with regional development planning documents. This aims to avoid duplication of programs and ensure that school infrastructure assistance is right on target.
- Digitalization and Learning Innovation: The government is accelerating the use of technology and facilitating training in innovative learning methods, such as the Gasing method (Easy, Fun and Fun), to quickly improve the quality of student literacy and numeracy.
Character Education as the Main Foundation
In the midst of rapid industrial dynamics and the flow of digital information, Ahlan reminded that academic intelligence must go hand in hand with strength of character. Education in Central Halmahera must instill the values of honesty, discipline, responsibility and tolerance.
He emphasized that education is a collective responsibility, where the role of the family as the first educator is very crucial for the child’s success.
Concluding his presentation, Ahlan Djumadil left a deep message for educators to transform into inspirational figures, not just teachers of classroom material.
He challenged the students to double their enthusiasm for learning because it is their shoulders that will support the future progress of Central Halmahera.
The Central Halmahera Regency Government is committed to continuing to ensure equal distribution of education services to remote areas. With strong collaboration between government, corporations and society, Ahlan is optimistic that his region will be able to give birth to a golden generation that is superior, globally competitive and will become the main foundation for regional progress in the future. PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
