Viralterkini.id – BOYOLALI – In just less than two months, the Regent of Central Halmahera, Ir. Ikram Malan Sangadji, M.Sc. (IMS), recorded a phenomenal national achievement record.

Not even two months after being named 1st Place for Fastest and Equitable Economic Growth 2025 by the Minister of Home Affairs, IMS is now rocking the national stage again at the peak of National Village Day 2026 in Boyolali, Central Java, Thursday (15/1).

In front of thousands of delegates throughout Indonesia, Regent Ikram was officially awarded the Upakarya Wanua Nugraha award by the Ministry of Home Affairs. This achievement became even more complete as Sanafi Village (Gebe Island District) was crowned as the winner of the Regional IV Best Village Governance award.

This consecutive award also adds to the series of appreciation that have been previously received from various state institutions for the achievements of regional development innovation.

However, amidst the glittering trophies and national praise, IMS did not show the slightest enthusiasm. Instead, he wrote a very professional, epic and elegant message that touched people’s deepest feelings.

Victory that Comes from Prayer Prayers and Prayers

In front of his staff, Regent Ikram gave a strong reflective message as a new mandate for all State Civil Apparatus (ASN). He invited civil servants to make a total “hijrah” for the sake of purer service.

“The Deputy and I hope that all ASN will abandon old habits, starting December 31 2025 we will close the old page and start a new chapter to look to the future with a clear conscience,” he stressed, giving instructions that inspired the spirit of reform.

Closing his elegant message, the Regent who has brought Halteng to dominate the national economy gave an in-depth review of the nature of progress. For IMS, the true wealth of Fagogoru Earth is not abundant nickel, but human harmony and love for the people.

“Central Halmahera, Bumi Fagogoru, is not only rich in natural resources but rich in culture and diversity of ethnicities and religions,” he said.

The humble Regent, a doctoral graduate from IPB, added that the benchmark for a leader’s success is when the people feel that the government is truly present and in every breath of their lives.

“Let us not neglect the people. That the essence of development is not just statistical figures or an abundance of natural resources, but rather the presence of the government’s heart in the heart of its people’s lives,” said IMS, the technocrat-populist Regent.

The success of Sanafi Village at the tip of Gebe Island, which was recognized as the best in Region IV, is a historical witness that the noble vision of IMS has been felt at the grassroots.
