Viralterkini.id, Jakarta – Young athletes from the Dojang Aselih Taekwondo club have once again demonstrated the consistency of their achievements at the national event.
This time, the young taekwondoins were successful in donating medals in the tournament Open Students 2025 which was held in Satria Cibinong GOR, Bogoron October 18–19, 2025.
Tournament Open Student is a student-level multi-sport event that brings together students from various schools and sports clubs in Indonesia.
This competition brings together a number of sports such as football, futsal, basketball, softball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, swimming, archery and taekwondo.
Each participant becomes an ambassador for their respective school, and the organization of this tournament is also curated by National Achievement Center (Puspresnas).
In the taekwondo sport, three young Dojang Aselih athletes managed to perform convincingly and brought home two medals from the three athletes fielded.
They show high fighting spirit in every match even though they have to face tough opponents from various regions.

One athlete who stole attention was Satrio Azka Putrathird grade student at An-Nuriyah Elementary School who is only eight years old.
Even though he is still very young and this is his first time taking part in a multi-event on a national scale, Satrio succeeded in winning bronze medal in category Kyorugi SD 3–4 U-27kg.
Satrio’s struggle ended in the semifinals after narrowly losing 2-1 to his opponent. However, his achievement is considered extraordinary considering that this is his debut at a major event such as the Student Open.
“Thank God, even though this was Azka’s first time taking part in the multi-event Student Open, she was able to win a medal.” said Satrio Azka Putra’s father after the match, Saturday (18/10/2025).

He added that he was proud of his son’s achievements not only because of the medals, but also because of his courage and high fighting spirit.
“Even though it’s only a bronze medal, I’m still grateful that my child can perform optimally and represent the good name of his school and club.he said.
Apart from Satrio, proud achievements were also achieved by Raditya Daffa Hafidz Saputrateenage athlete Dojang Aselih who took part in class Kyorugi Junior U-57kg.
Raditya successfully brought it home silver medal after appearing impressive throughout the tournament and only losing in the final.

Meanwhile, other athletes, Dzaki Ameer Al Rasidwhich falls into that category SMP U-49kghad to stop in the group stage after facing a tight match.
Head coach Dojang Aselih, Sabeumnim Ijal Abdurachmanexpressed his gratitude for the achievements of his foster children who succeeded in exceeding the target in the 2025 Student Open Series 2 event.
“Thank God, the three athletes selected by the coach performed extraordinary. Raditya won a silver medal, Satrio took home bronze, and Dzaki also showed high enthusiasm even though he had to stop in the early rounds. This result is more than our target,” said Ijal.
He emphasized that this success was clear evidence of the hard work of young athletes who train regularly and continue to improve their abilities.
According to him, this achievement is not just about medals, but also part of a long process of developing achievements.
“We hope that athletes will not become complacent. Make this championship a valuable experience and momentum to increase your flying hours. Continue the process so that you can move up in class and reach a higher level of achievement,he added.
Apart from that, Sabeumnim Ijal also expressed his appreciation to parents who always support their children, both in training and competitions. Family support, according to him, is an important factor in forming a winning mentality from an early age.
“We thank the students’ parents who always provide their best prayers and support. Without their support, the development of young athletes will not run optimally,he said.
Dojang Aselih’s success at the Student Open 2025 event is proof that coaching young athletes at club level is still very effective in producing talented talents.
Through tournaments like this, young athletes not only gain competition experience, but also learn about sportsmanship, discipline and fighting spirit.
By winning two medals at this prestigious event, Dojang Aselih emphasized his commitment to continuing to produce potential young athletes who are ready to excel at higher levels, both nationally and internationally.
