Viralterkini.id, TANGERANG – Tangerang Customs and Excise is collaborating with service users, business actors, assisted MSMEs and employees in strengthening a culture of integrity through Anti-Gratification Socialization activities which are coupled with the Kick Off for the Development of an Integrity Zone towards a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (ZI-WBBM), Wednesday (24/6/2026).

This activity is the first step to strengthen the commitment to realizing a clean, transparent and accountable bureaucracy while increasing public participation in supporting government governance that is free from the practice of corruption and gratification.
Head of the Tangerang Customs Office, Indriya Karyadisaid that the construction of an Integrity Zone cannot be carried out only by government agencies. According to him, active support from the community and service users is an important factor in building a sustainable culture of integrity.
“The development of an Integrity Zone cannot run alone. Community support and participation, including service users, is an important factor in building a strong culture of integrity. Through this outreach, we invite all parties to work together to reject gratification, maintain transparency, and create public services that are clean and oriented towards the interests of the community,” said Indriya.
Appreciation of Outstanding Service Users
On this occasion, Tangerang Customs and Excise also gave awards to a number of companies and service users who were deemed to have contributed to state revenues, compliance in the field of customs and excise, as well as economic growth.
Credit goes to PT Bumitangerang Machinery Dotama as the Largest Contributor to Import Duty Growth, PT Foomlab Global as the Company with the Largest Excise Growth in the Electric Cigarette (REL) category, PT Panjang Jiwo as the Company with the Largest Excise Growth in the Beverages Containing Ethyl Alcohol (MMEA) category, as well as PT Propan Raya ICC as a Company Using Excise Exemption Facilities with the Highest Compliance.
Besides that, PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk received the award as the Biggest Excise Contributor in 2025. Meanwhile PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia I was named the Bonded Storage Company (TPB) with the Highest Level of Compliance, PT Cahaya Subur Prima as a TPB Company with the Highest Export Ratio, and PT Pratama Abadi Industri as a TPB company with the highest increase in the number of workers.
For the Most Proactive Service User category, the award was given to Rian Saputra from PT Gaya Indah Kharisma as Best 1, Sri Wiji Astuti from PT Pancaprima Eka Brothers as Best II, and Bambang Officialyanto from PT Pratama Abadi Industri as Best III.
Appreciation of Employees and Fostered MSMEs
Tangerang Customs and Excise also gave awards to Hangar Functional Officials who were deemed to have contributed to the implementation of customs supervision and services. Award given to Sandro Harinaldi, Hernansi Yekti Qualified, Fruri Bagus Saputra, Diana Anggraini RamonaAnd Bernadeta Agus Wulandari.
On the same occasion, six assisted MSMEs received Certificates for MSMEs Assisted by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) which were issued through the UKME Portal of the Ministry of Finance. The six MSMEs are Allana Maju Berda, Indonesian Chocolate Award, The sauce, Mandala Prima Makmur, Sanfood IndonesiaAnd Syabina Blessings of Prosperity.
Providing certificates is a form of recognition for the participation of MSME actors in the Customs and Excise development program as well as part of ongoing assistance efforts so that business actors are better prepared to increase their competitiveness, expand market access, and penetrate the export market.
Through this activity, Tangerang Customs and Excise emphasizes its commitment to continue to strengthen the culture of integrity, improve the quality of public services, and build synergy with service users and the community in realizing an Integrity Zone towards a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM).(***)

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm.
