ViralTerkini.id, WEDA — The Central Halmahera Regency Government emphasizes its commitment to maintaining regional economic stability through budget efficiency and strengthening the basic service sector. This was conveyed directly by the Regent of Central Halmahera, Dr. Ir. Ikram M. Sangadji M.Si, in the 8th Plenary Meeting of Session Period II of the Central Halmahera Regency DPRD regarding the submission of the Accountability Statement Report (LKPJ) for Fiscal Year 2025, Tuesday (31/3/2026).
The meeting was chaired by the Chair of the Central Halmahera DPRD, Zulkifli Hi. Bayan, this is an important momentum for evaluating executive performance achievements throughout the 2025 fiscal year.
Macro Achievements and Positive Economic Trends
In his speech, Regent Ikram M. Sangadji explained that the development portrait of Central Halmahera throughout 2025 shows solid performance. Macroeconomic indicators, such as regional economic growth and the Human Development Index (HDI), recorded significant increases.

“This positive achievement is also accompanied by success in reducing poverty and unemployment rates in our region. This is the result of the synergy of strategic programs that focus on infrastructure development and strengthening real sectors such as agriculture and fisheries,” said Ikram.
Focus on Free Services and Prima Weda Hospital
One of the crucial points highlighted is the sustainability of basic service programs. The Regional Government (Pemda) ensures that free education and health programs remain a top priority.
Interestingly, the health sector not only plays a role as a social service, but also contributes to Regional Original Income (PAD).

”All PAD utilization from the health sector is fully returned to strengthening services without any wage charges. We are allocating these funds for the recruitment of specialist doctors and plans to build the Prima Weda Hospital,” stressed the Regent.
Budget Efficiency and Work Innovation
In response to national economic dynamics, the Central Halmahera Regional Government has begun to tighten its belt through operational efficiency policies. This includes controlling the use of official vehicles to saving electricity consumption in office environments.
Apart from that, the Regional Government is also starting to adopt modern work patterns by implementing policies Work From Anywhere (WFA) every Friday, in line with the direction of central government policy to increase employee productivity and work balance.

First Aid Status Security and Adequate Housing
In the midst of the issue of reducing contract workers in various regions, Regent Ikram provided guarantees for Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K).
He emphasized that there was no reduction in the number of first aid workers in Central Halmahera; on the contrary, the number was increased to strengthen the education and health sectors.
“This is a form of our support for the welfare of the community, especially for teachers and health workers who are the spearhead of services,” he added.

In the residential sector, completion of the Livable Homes (RLH) program remains a major concern. The Regent instructed all Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) leaders to ensure that housing projects for underprivileged communities are completed on time.
Legislative and Executive Synergy
Chairman of the Central Halmahera DPRD, Zulkifli Hi. Bayan appreciated the submission of the LKPJ as a form of regional government transparency.
He emphasized that the DPRD would immediately carry out an in-depth study of the document as part of its supervisory function.

“We hope that this synergy will continue to be maintained in order to realize the vision of more equitable prosperity for the people of Central Halmahera,” concluded Zulkifli before ending the session.
The event closed with the symbolic handover of the LKPJ documents from the Regent to the DPRD leadership, witnessed by Forkopimda officials, community leaders and local OPD leaders. (Dano)
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
