Viralterkini.id, Jakarta – PT Yili Indonesia Dairy (Yili) has once again recorded a proud achievement by winning the 2025 TOP Human Capital Awards organized by Top Business magazine. This prestigious award was presented at an event held at the Dian Ballroom, Raffles Hotel Jakarta, with the theme “The Role of Talent Mobility and HCMS as Strategic Business Partner.”
The TOP Human Capital Awards 2025 event was attended by various national and multinational companies which were deemed successful in implementing best practices in managing human resources (HR) in a superior and sustainable manner.
This annual program is a collaboration between Top Business magazine and the Nawacita Study Institute (LKN), a number of well-known Human Capital consultants, as well as academics from the University of Indonesia, Padjadjaran University, and Pertamina University. The assessment is carried out objectively by an independent jury based on the implementation of the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) in each company.
President Director of PT Yili Indonesia Dairy, Yu Miao, expressed his pride in the award.
