Viralterkini.id, Jakarta, – Major Arh Dr. Djoko Purwoko, SE, SH, MH, M.Hhan officially completed his strategic education at the Army Staff and Command School (Seskoad) and was appointed as a middle officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. This important moment was marked by the inauguration ceremony of Group V by the Army Chief of Staff (Kasad), TNI General Maruli Simanjuntak, M.Sc., this weekend in Bandung.

Major Djoko is one of the LXV Seskoad Regular Education (Dikreg) participants in 2025 who has been undergoing a period of education and formation of strategic leadership for almost a year. In his official statement, Djoko expressed his gratitude for the graduation which was considered as an important milestone in his service in the body of the Indonesian Army National Army (TNI AD).

“Alhamdulillah, complete is one of the important phases of this service. Graduation from Seskoad and inauguration as Lieutenant Colonel is the starting point to serve higher, wider, and more meaningful,” he said.

The inauguration led directly by Kasad, TNI General Maruli Simanjuntak, M.Sc., was called an important symbol that every struggle of soldiers would not be forgotten by the history of the Army.

“His leadership is a reinforcement of our motivation to continue to tread the path of service with integrity,” continued Djoko.

A special gratitude was also conveyed to the Seskoad commander, Maj. Gen. Edwin Adrian Sumantha, who according to Djoko had become a role model and source of inspiration during the education period.

“Exemplary and enthusiasm to ‘seize the finish line with honor’ is a strong message that we carry from Seskoad,” he said.

Djoko also expressed his appreciation to Dankorsis Seskoad, Brigadier General Jamaluddin, and Patun Syndicate 17, Colonel Inf Musa, for guidance and dedication in shaping the character and leadership of students.

Not to forget, Djoko thanked his family and colleagues in arms for the support and prayer that became the source of enthusiasm in completing the education.

“I was established today not only as an alumni in the LXV Seskoad, but also as a witness of the inner journey, the forging of values, and the transformation of the leadership that we experienced together,” he said.

Seskoad is the highest educational institution within the Army which aims to produce future leaders with strategic abilities and strong leadership character. This graduation and inauguration became the beginning of a greater responsibility for graduate officers in LXV, including Lieutenant Colonel Arh Djoko Purwoko.

With this graduation, Djoko became part of the generation of the leaders of the Army who projected to carry out an important role in the dynamics of national defense and security in the future. (ma)
