As a result of the road land dispute being closed, residents of Villa Kencana Cikarang ask the government to intervene

‎Viralterkini.id, CIKARANG – The main road of the Villa Kencana Cikarang Housing Complex, Sukatani District, Bekasi Regency, is still closed due to a land dispute between the heirs and the developer, PT Arayan. Residents are very disappointed and demand accountability and ask the government to immediately take action.

‎The road closure has entered its eighth day since October 7 2025 and has paralyzed residents’ activities. According to residents at the location, this closure is the result of a land dispute that has not yet found a solution.
‎
‎The heirs claim that the land which is now the main road access is theirs. However, until now there has been no resolution or common ground. As a result, housing residents are the ones who suffer the most because their access in and out is completely closed.

“We as affected residents are very disappointed with PT Arayan, which has not yet been resolved. We are very disturbed, even though this access is a housing facility,” he stressed.
‎
‎Residents emphasized that they did not want to be involved in the land dispute. They only demand their rights as citizens to be able to use road facilities which are vital access for work, school and other daily activities.

“We as residents do not want to be involved in disputes between the two parties. We only ask that this problem be resolved immediately so that residents’ activities are not hampered,” he added.

‎Because no solution has been achieved, residents are asking the relevant government to step in to resolve this problem so that the road can be opened immediately.
‎
“We ask the relevant agencies, the Regent, the Governor of West Java, and the Minister of PUPR to immediately assist and mediate regarding this land dispute. We ask that this be opened immediately,” he concluded.

‎Until this news was made, the wall covering it stood strong, and there was no sign of it being reopened. (bn)
