Ahead of One Year of Playing Music Program in Cipete, Eno Suratno Wongsodimedjo Opens the Door to Sponsors

Viralterkini.id, Jakarta – The weekly music event Main-Main in Cipete will mark one year of its journey on November 24 2025. Taking place at Casatopia Cafe, Cipete, South Jakarta, this event has grown into an important space of expression for independent musicians from various parts of Indonesia, even as far as Malaysia.

Since its first episode at the end of 2024, Main-Main di Cipete has been present with a spirit of community, genre diversity and inclusivity. Until the 32nd volume which was held on October 27 2025, Main-Main di Cipete has presented more than 100 musicians and bands. The performers came from various cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali, as well as from neighboring Malaysia.

Each episode presents three to five performers with diverse musical characteristics—from pop, folk, jazz, rock, to experimental—making this event a reflection of the diversity of Southeast Asian sounds.

Names such as Albert Tanabe, Reza Arfandy, Helma Namira, Fufu Clan, Diffa Chandra, and the band Wayang and Charita Utami have filled the warm Main-Main stage in Cipete.

Not a few of them made their public debut here, then continued their careers on a bigger stage. Some even collaborated across cities and countries thanks to meetings at this event.

More than just a performance, Main-Main di Cipete has been a space for deep emotional and creative growth. The intimate atmosphere created in each episode makes this event feel like a community living room for music lovers and arts practitioners.
