VIRALTERKINI.ID, JAKARTA – The tender process for the official sponsor of the Indonesian National Football and Futsal Team for 2026-2030 entered the crucial round. Until the deadline for submitting a letter of intent (LOI) on July 10, 2025, as many as seven well -known brands have registered to compete for strategic cooperation with PSSI.
PSSI welcomed the extraordinary enthusiasm of a number of famous apparel brands who took part in the tender for providing official equipment for the Indonesian National Team.
PSSI Chairperson Erick Thohir, in a Doorstop session Wednesday (7/16/2025), revealed that the seven brands consisted of global to national brands: Adidas, Puma, Warrix, Kelme, Erspo, Masagi, and Riors. In fact, one of them is a creative agency that has a track record in managing sports merchandise.
“The presence of these seven brands shows the high appeal of the Indonesian national team and PSSI’s commitment to maintain transparency and healthy competition in the tender process,” Erick said.
PSSI will continue the selection process by listening to presentations from each brand on July 21. This presentation is an important momentum in determining apparel partners who are not only strong in quality and design, but also have a long -term commitment in building the national soccer industry ecosystem.
“This tender is not just a matter of jersey and apparel, but part of a big strategy to raise the value of the sports industry in the country. We want the national team apparel to reflect the quality, enthusiasm and pride of the nation,” continued Erick.
PSSI emphasized that the selected apparel was not just a team of team equipment providers, but also a symbol of the spirit of ‘Garuda worldwide’. This apparel cooperation will be part of a big strategy to build a classy and competitive Indonesian national team identity at the Asian and world level.
“We want this apparel to be part of the rise of national football. Not only appears on the field, but also becomes part of the lifestyle and public pride of the national team,” said Erick.
With the inclusion of big names such as Adidas and Puma in the stock exchange, the public is now waiting for who will be trusted to accompany the Indonesian national team in the next five years. (ma)
